Sylvania H4ST BP SilverStar 60-Watt High Performance Halogen Headlight Review

I though it would be a gimmick or a waste of money when I bought this bulb.The stock bulb on my Suzuki C50 cruiser would not let me go beyond 60MPH at night, as I would out run the headlight (actually on a country road, it was more like 45MPH). This bulb made an immediate difference.Not only can I see further, but the peripheral vision is much better as well.I feel much safer driving at night with this bulb.

I have been looking for a copper grease for brake pad installation for the longest of time and finally settled on this one. I couldn't be happier with it. No brake pad screeching at all. The brush-top does make it easier to use as you don't have to dip a glove in and then instantly put on a new one if you're working on a car. Do make sure to clean the part though otherwise you will end up with a dirty bucket of grease. I have used nearly every brake quieting product available at the local stores and this is by far the best I've run into.

I installed this on a 2001 Chevy Impala.Everything was a complete pakage from Dorman 927-100 Sway Bar Repair Kit.Took about 2 hours to complete project as a DIY.Make sure you remove this from the passenger side of the car. A little twisting and it comes right out.

Bell Automotive #22-5-03122-V Clear HeadLamp Repair Kit Review

This kit worked very well for my application as I had a rock hole in a flat-faced, glass headlight.I also ended up covering both of my headlights entirely with this kit to protect them from future impacts from rocks.The results were very favorable as the plastic stayed on and was virtually invisible!

A word of caution for anyone trying to patch a moderately-to-extremely contoured headlight:This kit uses VERY heavy-duty plastic that is difficult to bend.You might be able to get it to work with a lot of skill and patience, but I did not have success with it.

Permatex 21351 Rear Window Defogger Tab Adhesive Review

This is the second batch I've tried,on my defroster tab. The first never hardened, after completely following the directions I thought maybe I had bought an old package as I have used a lot of Permatex products and they usually work as advertised. I bought my second batch and followed directions as instructed, this time it adhered and I waited 24 hours before connecting the wire and trying it. Still didn't work. I had to run a bead of solder along the tab to get it to work. Bottom line, I could have used a one dollar bottle of superglue and 2 cents worth of solder to get better results.

Chilton Repair Manuals - Chilton Nissan Maxima 1993-1998 Repair Manual (52452) Review

My Maxima is getting old but I really love it and hope to keep it going for a while longer.This manual contains much useful information and is worth having.But it does lack detail on many things I need to know.Like finding and fixing the EGR valve on a 1996 model.I suspect the Nissan service manual or Haynes manual would have better details, although I have not read either.
