AIR CONTROL UNIT Review

The DeVILBISS AIR LINE FILTER w/CONTROL UNIT-Water/Oil Trap didn't have the pipe nipple necessary to assemble the regulator elbow to the filter unit. After a trip to Home Depot I had the necessary three eights NPT pipe nipple.

Otherwise OK, good price and fast shipping.

Product Description:
This unit has a 5 micron particle filter to remove bulk oil and water while filtering the air. It also has a 120 CFM Capacity for use with multiple spray guns and air tools. The included HAR-520 Air Regulator allows for 0-150 PSI Gauge settings, and 50CFM regulator capacity for painting and air tool operation. The regulater also features additional filtering through the the regulators output. The Filter is made to withstand high temperatures and temperature fluctuations of curing spraybooths. This filter has simple filter element replacement, as no tools are required after bowl is removed. The large bowl means less frequent draining of accumulated water. It has easy installation, as no elbow is required and the air inlet is located at the top of the unit in front of the mounting bracket. The mounting bracket is included. AIR LINE CONTROL UNIT 120CFM DEV-HAR602 Review

Great unit, I searched for the PN of the Snap-on unit we were using in our shop. I came up with this one as a cross for that part number. It was half the cost, and came with most of the same parts. I had to but a few fitting adapters today to use my shop QD's but its ready.
