I installed this on a 1992 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4.My old boots were cracking, but not yet leaking, so the CV joint was good and I hoped using this product would be good maintenance.Installation was difficult for a split boot.The supplied solvent glue has a tendency to dissolve holes in the boot when used in the amounts described by the instructions.
I just checked the boot after six months of use.The end seals are poor.The large end is leaking grease, and the small end seams loose on the shaft.
