FRAM CF8644A Fresh Breeze Cabin Air Filter Review

I live in a city with a lot of industrial pollution, so I want the carbon filter to absorb odors that can't be filtered out.This one apparently has baking soda, too.The filter came sealed in a plastic bag, and this is important because the carbon can only absorb a finite amount of contaminants and it absorbs whatever it is exposed to, starting when it is manufactured.The Bosch carbon filter I used last time was not sealed, and I don't know how much of the carbon was used up before I bought it.This filter fit very well.It doesn't seem to restrict the intake of outside air.It may matter to you that this filter is made in China.I hope that Fram is monitoring to be sure the filters don't contain lead, mercury, melanine, sulfur, radioactive waste or whatever the Chinese need to get rid of.
