These Sylvania Silver star Ultra bulbs are not what is in the package. The package is correctly labled but the bulbs in the package are the standard bulb, part number 64210 with a output of 3300, not the 4100 power Silver Stars with part number H7ST as advertised. I sent them back with a full explanation but was sent the same "incorrectly packed" item. No one was intersted in looking into the problem. Could it be a deliberate rip off?Roger Slater
