Get the KAS-5529A Ratcheting Wrench KAS-5529A WRENCH FORD HDLGHT instead.It is about half as thick as the Lisle Wrench.The KAS-5529A wrench looks more like a conventional box end ratchet wrench, and comes with both 4mm and 4.5mm ends to fit other vehicle headlight adjuster bolts.
This "Lisle 14540 Headlight Adjusting Ratchet for Ford" is made moderately well, but it is too thick to fit properly between the headlight and radiator firewall of my 1999 Ford Crown Victoria Interceptor.This wrench's 4mm sleeve is held in place by press fitted washers on either side.It can't be made much thinner.
This Lisle wrench may just fit onto the top adjusting bolt, but if the bolt moves backward to raise the headlight beam, the wrench may not be removed from the bolt.The headlight retaining plate(s) must then be popped loose to allow the headlight assembly to move forward enough to allow the wrench to be removed from the adjusting bolt.

I was skeptical about this one in that I have hand packed for years.I had to do 18 bearing in one day.Maintenance on 3 trailers and figured give it a try.It works great and saved a lot of time.Clean off the excess old grease and then pump in the new.The grease fitting to fill it up is cute but to I just used a putty knife and loaded it up.It was quicker and a lot less pumping of a grease gun.This one had thick plastic parts and the directions are very good.The directions say you can put it in a vice and squeeze if for the stubborn old grease and there is no drought this unit will stand up to that.Fortunately I did not need to do that.The cover is nice to keep the unit clean ready for the next use. .Thanks John M.
These are extremely good pliers for crimping the Oeticker type clamps prevalent in many modern automotive uses (notably CV joint and steering rack boots). They are VERY heavy duty, and should stand up to many years of use without problems.
