What a dissapointing experience.If you are considering buying autoparts through Amazon think again.Schuck's/O'Rielly allows you to purchase on line and return locally.This part has no other supplemental parts available for it.Dorman manufactured the fuel tank but there is no fuel intake valve available for this part.Dorman 576-146 Fuel Tank The part was shipped with insufficient packing material.For some reason I was charged $21 for a return fee.The reason for return was a manufacturer problem.
Customer Service I have to say is very dissapointing.I live in Seattle where Amazon is based and I speak to someone in India who is trying their absolute best to get things done but they are bound by "big brother" on the procedure.I was told at one point the refund was happening in 2 days.2 days later I was told that it would be 7-10 more days.Through shipping (lonnngg process of receiving/returning and then they shipped it back with no explanation) and everything I am at the end of 2 months.
If you need an auto part, you need it now and if it is wrong you can work with a real person to get it for you now. It pays to shop locally.
