I finally tested this on a ~.25" mesquite hole.Used the whole bottle and it worked.I had to jack the tire off the ground to rotate it and to give the near useless mini compressor a chance to fill the tire without having bead sealing problems.Rear tire, no vibration problems.I still replaced the tire after getting back to civilization cause the hole was a little onto the sidewall.The tire shop guys were warned and they didn't complain about the slime in the tire.Click Here to see more reviews about: Slime 10012 Tubeless Large Tire Sealant - 20 oz.
