This item comes with a large 2 1/4" diameter mirror that provides a great deal of space to see the items that you are trying to view and it swivels. The telescoping arm is a great feature that allows you to either pick up metal items (claims up-to 16 pounds - have not tried this yet) and/or attach the mirror and extend it to wherever you are trying to see within its reach.
