While it may work great in a Stinger LED, I purchased this on the understanding that it was an upgrade to LED for the Streamlight Stinger: "Streamlight (STL75768) SWITCH & LED ASSEMBLY FOR STINGERS" - "Product Description SWITCH & LED ASSEMBLY FOR STINGERS" It says it's manufactured by Streamlight and was only $28! What I found out is that it is MISLABELED on Amazon, and in reality it is a C4 upgrade for the Stinger LED only! It is too long for the regular Stinger body. It fits inside, but the screws for the charging plate don't line up-and there aren't enough threads for the new lens assembly even if you leave the locking ring out. All the Stinger LED's I see advertised now have the C4 led, so it must have been for the very first Stinger LED's that came out? Now if I could just find a Stinger LED body ONLY...:-)
