i used it on my car and the scratches are GONE !!!!! i was happy but then , if you dare to wash youre car , the scratches will be back , like when you polish it you can hear the scratches telling you " ILL BE BAAKK !!!

Simoniz Fix-It Clear Coat Repair Kit Review

Doesn't work at all. Actually makes it look worse by putting a haze over the scratches. I actually had to get something else and buff out the fix it product. Don't waste your money.

Diamondite Glass Repair System Kit for Machine Application Review

I purchased this product to improve scratches on a glass door caused by my dogs. The scratches ranged from significant (could catch a fingernail) to minor surface imperfections. I followed the directions and in three separate sessions applied the product with a Makita orbital polisher operating at the recommened settings. The end result was there was no noticeable improvement in the window.I would not recommend this product.

Quixx Paint Scratch Remover Review

I decided to order this product base on the reviews i read also did some extra study on similar products. This is probably my best bet for it's price.

I have rather deep key mark (show primer) and a few fine scratch on my new blue car. As it said on the directions if you have deep scratch you need to get the match paint for it. so we went over to Wal mart and get one of those 5 dollar repair paint that come with a small brush and ball pen in same bottle (they come in several known brand and color such as TOYOTA , FORD, GM, etc;) I also saw the same products at Kregen too.

First i wipe clean the surface with wet cloth and then very lightly wet sand to smooth it up with the sand paper provided it in the kit then wipe clean, The sand paper is 3000 grid which is very fine and did a good job for it's purpose. I like it much better than the 2000 grid one they sell at automotive store. Only if they give you more than just a few strips i will be alot happier.

Then I use the brush side to paint on the bigger scratch area and use the ball pen for finer line. Let dry for few hours. And to make sure i really fill those scratch well I re apply the paint and let dry.

After the paint completely dry use wet sand to very gently sand the excess paint off ( this part scared me the most because they said it very clear not to expose the primer, So take your time and be very gentle). When you are done with sanding the scratch should feel very smooth to the touch. It still look very visible but after i use cream no. 1 (buff hard) it look better so i decided to do it again twice. After 3 applications of cream no.1 and finished it with cream no.2 the scratch almost disappear. I still can see it a little but i know where to look for it. It does not take away the scratch completely but did improve and lighten alot. I think it's reasonable enough for it's price. If they sell this for 100 dollar then i will expect much better result.

As for fine scratch i have to admit that it works like magic. All i need to do is clean the surface, apply cream no.1 and make sure to let it sit then buff buff buff hard! , Cream no.2 give it super glossy shine. The scratch are completely gone. I was very happy with the result.

Simoniz S11 Fix It Scratch Repair Kit Review

Saw the video and thought it was to good to be true, and it was. Did nothing at all, I have four different types of scratches from smudges to hairline and deep and it Did not work on any of them. DO NOT waste your money on this product!

Simoniz Fix It Pro Clear Coat Scratch Repair Pen Review

This product does not work! At all, it's like putting clear nail polish on your scratch, what a great idea.
Followed instructions as written, but only made my scratch look worse.
And the felt tip in the pen got jammed up the pen, so even if I wanted to continue to use it I couldn't.
Stay away, save your money, looks appealing on the infomercial, but does not work at all.
If I could give it negative 5 stars I would!

Dura Lube HL-48901-06 Pro Fix 6 Body Shop Repair Kit Review

My wife's new blue Nissan Rogue received two scratches after only a few months, which I couldn't remove with a clear-coat scratch remover, and I felt wasn't worth making a small problem potentially larger with sanding & touch-up. I was VERY skeptical of this product (as I am all things 'As seen on TV!'), but decided to take a chance (it's less than ten bucks). On scratch #1, it disappeared completely. I couldn't even find it when I left to get my wife to show her. On scratch #2, which had a small hook in it (sort of like the letter 'J'), it made it about 75% better (the only part you really see if you look hard is the hook). On either scratch, if you didn't know they were there, you would never find them. It took me about 4 minutes to fix both. The product was well worth it, and after a week of rain and a car wash, the scratches are still invisible. Now, I agree with others here in that if one of the six colors isn't your car color, you may have different results (I did not have to mix colors). Because you are filling in a tiny scratch, as long as the color is in the same family, you'll be fine. Also, why white isn't included is beyond me. Basically if you have a white car, you cannot use this product. Beyond that, I recommend this product. Your results really depend on your car's color and how deep your scratch is (if you are down to the metal and have a deep gouge, nothing is going to work). Good luck...and damn the shopping cart Gods!
